Every product added to Coupang’s catalog represents an opportunity to better serve customer needs while accelerating business growth. Coupang Taiwan is seeking a Senior Manager / Director of Product Management to lead Retail Selection and Selection Intelligence. This role will own the product strategy and roadmap for AI-powered selection expansion, competitive intelligence, product discovery, and catalog quality systems. The successful candidate will partner closely with Engineering, Machine Learning, Data Science, Operations, and Retail leaders to build scalable platforms that identify, evaluate, and onboard the right products into Coupang’s ecosystem. This leader will play a critical role in shaping how Coupang leverages AI to expand product selection and improve catalog quality across Taiwan and future international markets. </div>      What You Will Do  <div> <ul> <li>Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Retail Selection and Selection Intelligence products</li> <li>Lead the development of AI-powered systems that identify product opportunities through competitive intelligence, supplier intelligence, and customer demand signals</li> <li>Define product requirements for catalog quality, product discovery, and product onboarding solutions</li> <li>Drive improvements in AI/ML performance, including precision, recall, retrieval quality, and product matching accuracy</li> <li>Partner with Engineering, Machine Learning, Analytics, Operations, Legal, and Business teams to deliver scalable solutions</li> <li>Build and develop a team of Product Managers while establishing operating mechanisms that scale with business growth</li> <li>Conduct experimentation and data analysis to improve product selection outcomes and customer experience</li> <li>Present product strategy, business impact, and roadmap priorities to senior leadership</li> <li>Shape how Retail Selection capabilities scale across Taiwan and future international markets</li> </ul> </div>    Basic Qualifications   <div> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of Product Management experience</li> <li>Experience building and scaling AI/ML-powered products</li> <li>Experience working with Engineering, Data Science, and Analytics teams to launch technology products</li> <li>Strong business acumen and ability to connect customer needs with business outcomes</li> <li>Experience building MVPs, proofs of concept, or product frameworks independently</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li> <li>Ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment</li> </ul> </div>    Preferred Qualifications  <div> <ul> <li>Experience in retail selection, catalog management, marketplace, search, recommendation, or product discovery products</li> <li>Experience working with frontier AI technologies such as OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or related LLM applications</li> <li>Experience leading and mentoring Product Managers</li> <li>Experience managing products across multiple markets or international regions</li> </ul> </div>      Recruitment Process and Others     Recruitment Process   <ul> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="29" data-list-defn-props="{"335552541":1,"335559685":720,"335559991":360,"469769226":"Symbol","469769242":[8226],"469777803":"left","469777804":"","469777815":"multilevel"}" data-aria-posinset="1" data-aria-level="1">Application Review -
