Role Overview TW Engineering is a dedicated engineering organization for Coupang core business in Taiwan. The team has end-to-end ownership of the systems. We develop and maintain scalable and sustainable platforms to empower our business, work with local business stakeholders, and product team very closely to wow the customers and scale the business.    What You Will Do As a TPM on the TW Engineering team, you will: <ul> <li>Develop new tools and process to support the strategic direction of the TW Engineering team </li> <li>Prioritize programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of TW Engineering team </li> <li>Act as an internal accelerator within TW Engineering team to help implement new tools and processes. </li> <li>Work with internal stakeholders (engineering, finance, legal, product teams) to drive scalable solutions and resolutions </li> <li>Identify systems needs and/or define process to improve efficiency and enable scalability </li> <li>Expert communication and interpersonal skills, must be able to run meetings and work streams with senior leadership across the company </li> <li>Define metrics to measure the efficacy of internal resources and lead teams to improve metrics by making modification to current processes </li> <li>Define tech metrics and able to help team enhance engineering excellence </li> <li>Use data to inform system needs and prioritize system requirements </li> </ul> Basic Qualifications <ul> <li>10+ years of industry experience (Software development, QA, etc); 5+ years of tech programs management experience </li> <li>Experience in challenging problem solving, deep diving into an issue, identifying root-causes and suggesting realistic solutions </li> <li>Experience synthesizing information quickly, distilling key takeaways, and presenting insights to leadership </li> <li>Experience working with large sets of structured and unstructured data and synthesizing into business insights </li> <li>High standards and a bias toward action </li> <li>Ability to meet tight deadlines, prioritize workload and achieve effective results in fast-paced and dynamic environment; effective multi-tasking skills are vital </li> <li>Solid skills in Microsoft Excel and Power Point </li> </ul> Preferred Qualifications <ul> <li>Prior experience in eCommerce industry </li> </ul> Type of work model Hybrid /Onsite / Remote working <ul> <li>Our Hybrid work model: Coupang hybrid work model is designed to enable a culture of collaboration that acts a catalyst to enrich the experience of employees. Employees are required to work at least 3 days in the office per week, with the flexibility to work from home 2 days a week, depending on the role requirement. Some businesses may require more time in office due to nature of work.</li> </ul> Details to consider Those eligible for employment protection (recipients of veteran’s benefits, the disabled, etc.) may receive preferential treatment for employment in accordance with applicable laws.
