<h3>Job Summary</h3> <p>Drive data-driven process innovation across fulfillment and warehouse operations by applying analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and continuous improvement methodologies. Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, influence decisions, and deliver scalable solutions that improve productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.</p> <h3>Key Responsibilities</h3> <ul> <li> <p>Analyze operational data to identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities across warehouse operations.</p> </li> <li> <p>Apply structured problem-solving and root cause analysis to design and implement sustainable process improvements.</p> </li> <li> <p>Collaborate with Operations, Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders to align priorities and drive optimization initiatives.</p> </li> <li> <p>Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reports to support data-driven decision-making and effectively communicate performance insights.</p> </li> <li> <p>Lead cross-functional projects and pilot programs from concept through implementation, ensuring measurable business impact.</p> </li> </ul> <h3>Basic Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, or a related field.</p> </li> <li> <p>3+ years of experience in process improvement, operations excellence, supply chain, logistics, or fulfillment center operations.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills with the ability to solve complex operational problems using data.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong understanding of KPI development, root cause analysis, process mapping, and workflow optimization.</p> </li> <li> <p>Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, influence decisions, and drive execution in a fast-paced environment.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.</p> </li> </ul> <h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li> <p>Experience performing large-scale data analysis using SQL, Excel, Python, R, or similar analytical tools.</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience with simulation, optimization modeling, or operations research techniques.</p> </li> <li> <p>Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), automation technologies, and operational analytics platforms.</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience leading cross-functional projects from concept through implementation.</p> </li> <li> <p>Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.</p> </li> </ul>
