This is an exceptional opportunity to become a part of Coupang’s growth in Taiwan and create a world where our customers wonder, “How did I ever live without Coupang?”       Role Overview Coupang Taiwan is seeking a strategic, data-driven Principal Program Manager to lead and scale our Customer Reviews ecosystem alongside critical cross-functional retail initiatives. Sitting within the TW Selection Management team, this role operates at the intersection of Program Management, Product Strategy, and Business Operations. You will act as the central hub connecting global engineering roadmaps with local market needs. Unlike traditional program management, this position requires a hands-on, product-owner mindset. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, autonomously builds net-new solutions from scratch, and influences roadmaps across the organization to drive engagement and conversion for Coupang Taiwan.   <h2>What You Will Do</h2> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"> Lead the 0-to-1 strategy, execution, and scaling of the Customer Reviews ecosystem for Taiwan </li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"> Partner deeply with KR Product, TW CX, and global Engineering to prioritize features and dictate service roadmaps </li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"> Drive OKR planning across multiple stakeholder teams to align cross-functional roadmaps and secure resources </li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"> Identify operational bottlenecks, remove blockers, and autonomously build step-by-step solutions </li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"> Streamline multiple internal functions (including Legal, FP&A, CS, PR, and Ops) and design E2E SOPs that aggressively drive resource efficiency </li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"> Analyze retail, CX, and sales data to identify systematic flaws and unlock business value (e.g., accelerating omnichannel coverage and expanding reviewable SKUs) </li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"> Own end-to-end program schedules, mitigate risks, and drive global teams toward demanding, non-negotiable deadlines </li> </ul>   <h2>Basic Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"> 8+ years of experience in Program Management, Business Operations, or e-commerce within a fast-paced technology company </li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"> Proven 0-to-1 track record of building net-new solutions, managing feature parity rollouts, and scaling programs to meet local market needs </li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"> Strong analytical skills with the ability to dissect complex business problems and synthesize data into actionable strategies </li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"> Uncompromising ownership and conviction, with the ability to push back on stakeholders, operate autonomously, and demand high-quality outcomes </li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"> Experience leading large-scale projects and influencing senior leaders and cross-functional teams across global time zones without direct authority </li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"> Fluent in English (written and verbal) to effectively communicate with global stakeholders and draft executive updates </li> </ul> <h1> </h1> <h2>Preferred Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"> Strong understanding of AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) and how they can be leveraged to enhance Customer Experience, review ecosystems, and conversion rates </li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"> Hands-on technical proficiency with data visualization, reporting tools, SQL, and Tableau </li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"> Mandarin or Korean language skills are a strong plus to facilitate seamless communication with cross-border teams </li> </ul> Recruitment Process and Others     Recruitment Process   <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Application Review -
