In this role, you will lead the visual execution of major on-site campaigns, create compelling customer-facing experiences, and drive design excellence across multiple product categories. Beyond producing high-quality creative assets, you will play a key role in shaping campaign concepts, mentoring junior designers, and translating business objectives into impactful visual solutions. This position requires a strong balance of creativity, executional excellence, stakeholder management, and a data-driven mindset.    What You Will Do  <h3 data-pm-slice="1 3 []">Creative Leadership</h3> <ul> <li> Lead the creative development and execution of major e-commerce campaigns, seasonal events, and promotional initiatives. </li> <li> Own the visual direction for high-impact on-site experiences, including homepage takeovers, campaign landing pages, promotional banners, and merchandising assets. </li> <li> Ensure visual consistency across all customer touchpoints while maintaining alignment with brand guidelines. </li> </ul> <h3>Design Execution</h3> <ul> <li> Design and produce on-site creative assets, including banners, campaign visuals, landing page components, and promotional content. </li> <li> Develop category-specific creative solutions that effectively support business and customer objectives. </li> <li> Create scalable design systems and templates to improve creative efficiency and consistency. </li> <li> Deliver high-quality assets across multiple placements and formats within tight deadlines. </li> </ul> <h3>Cross-functional Collaboration</h3> <ul> <li> Partner closely with Marketing, Category Management, CRM, Product, and other stakeholders to develop effective campaign strategies and executions. </li> <li> Translate campaign goals, customer insights, and business priorities into impactful design solutions. </li> <li> Present creative concepts and design rationale to stakeholders and leadership teams. </li> </ul> <h3>Mentorship & Team Support</h3> <ul> <li> Provide guidance, feedback, and creative direction to Junior Designers. </li> <li> Support the development of design best practices, workflows, and quality standards within the team. </li> <li> Foster a collaborative and learning-oriented team culture. </li> </ul> <h3>Performance & Optimization</h3> <ul> <li> Apply a data-driven design approach by leveraging customer insights, performance metrics, and testing results to improve creative effectiveness. </li> <li> Collaborate with business partners to identify opportunities for optimization through creative experimentation and iteration. </li> <li> Use performance learnings to continuously refine campaign strategies and visual execution. </li> </ul>   Basic Qualifications   <h3 data-pm-slice="1 3 []">Required</h3> <ul> <li> 5+ years of experience in graphic design, visual design, or e-commerce creative production. </li> <li> Strong portfolio demonstrating digital campaign work, e-commerce experiences, and visual storytelling. </li> <li> Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator. </li> <li> Strong proficiency in Figma. </li> <li> Deep understanding of digital design principles, layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy. </li> <li> Experience leading large-scale campaigns and managing multiple stakeholders. </li> <li> Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. </li> <li> Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. </li> </ul>    Preferred Qualifications  <ul data-pm-slice="3 3 []"> <li> Experience in e-commerce, retail, marketplace, or performance marketing environments. </li> <li> Experience with design systems and scalable creative production workflows. </li> <li> Familiarity with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and creative performance analysis. </li> <li> Experience mentoring or coaching junior team members. </li> </ul>       Recruitment Process and Others     Recruitment Process   <ul> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="29" data-list-defn-props="{"335552541":1,"335559685":720,"335559991":360,"469769226":"Symbol","469769242":[8226],"469777803":"left","469777804":"","469777815":"multilevel"}" data-aria-posinset="1" data-aria-level="1">Application Review -
