Join Coupang now to create an epic experience in this always-on, high-tech, and hyper-connected world.  Role Overview  Every Marketplace customer journey starts with selection: Do we have the product the customer wants, and can they find and confidently buy the right one?  The Listing & Selection team owns some of the most fundamental problems in Marketplace — how sellers bring selection to Coupang, how we understand and structure that selection, and how we ensure customers see accurate, high-quality products.  You will work on high-scale problems at the intersection of seller experience, catalog, data, AI/LLMs and Marketplace growth, with significant ownership and visibility across the organization.  Prior experience in Listing, Catalog or Selection is not a must have. We are looking for strong product thinkers who can quickly learn a new domain, go deep into data and simplify complex problems. If you enjoy product problems where customer experience, seller experience, business growth, data and technology intersect, this is one of the most interesting problem spaces in Marketplace.    What
