As a Senior Manager, Area Management, you will join our fast-paced logistics network to lead, optimize, and scale day-to-day operations across your designated region. You will bridge the gap between high-level supply chain strategy and frontline execution, driving process excellence, safety, and efficiency. If you are a collaborative leader who thrives on turning complex operational data into actionable solutions, CLS is where you can make a massive impact on customers every day.    What You Will Do    <ul> <li>Lead and Scale Regional Operations: Oversee day-to-day fulfillment and logistics operations across your designated area, ensuring strict adherence to safety standards, delivery timelines, and Coupang’s customer-centric quality benchmarks.</li> <li>Drive Continuous Process Improvement: Identify operational bottlenecks and implement methodologies to optimize workflow efficiency, reduce cycle times, and minimize variable costs across the network.
