This is an exceptional opportunity to become a part of Coupang’s growth in Taiwan and create a world where our customers wonder, “How did I ever live without Coupang?”    Role Overview   The EHS Compliance team is a group of top-tier experts dedicated to establishing and operating a legal, exemplary, and sustainable safety framework across all company operations. As part of this team, the Construction Safety compliance unit provides independent assurance and oversight on all construction, engineering, and facility modification activities. We proactively identify risks, monitor compliance performance, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver strategic, practical solutions that raise the company's overall safety standard. What You Will Do  <ul> <li>Conduct regular and ad-hoc on-site audits of construction activities to identify technical and operational risk factors based on site-specific characteristics. Produce comprehensive audit reports to clearly articulate identified risks and impact to leadership.</li> <li>Build and maintain a robust compliance monitoring system for construction safety across all sites. Spearhead efforts to track, assess, and interpret applicable local construction safety laws, regulations, and technical standards, ensuring timely communication and operational alignment with internal stakeholders.</li> <li>Regularly track construction safety KPIs and lead remediation efforts for escalated construction risks. Collaborate directly with project managers, general contractors, and engineering teams to implement innovative, best-practice solutions for identified compliance gaps.</li> <li>Leverage creativity, strong planning capability, and technical knowledge to streamline safety compliance processes.
