This is an exceptional opportunity to become a part of Coupang’s growth in Taiwan and create a world where our customers wonder, “How did I ever live without Coupang?”       Role Overview   The Sortation Manager is directly responsible for the safe, accurate, and efficient processing (sorting/staging) of inbound volume at the Sub-HUB sort center. This role's primary focus is on ensuring volume is correctly prepared and loaded for timely dispatch to the last mile delivery stations (CAMPs).     What You Will Do    * Volume Flow Execution: Manages the inbound linehaul receiving process and ensures rapid, accurate sorting onto outbound vehicles destined for specific CAMPs. * Labor Planning & Supervision: Develops and executes the daily, volume-dependent labor plan for sort associates. Manages shift schedules, time-off requests, and performance coaching. * Safety & Quality: Maintains a safe working environment on the dock and sort floor.
