Principal, Tech Executive Recruiter   Summary: Join Coupang as a Principal, Tech Executive Recruiter, and play a critical role in identifying and hiring the next generation of technology leaders. This role requires partnering with senior executives across various geographies to build world-class talent pipelines and drive best recruitment practices.   Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Collaborate with senior internal customers to understand their hiring needs.</li> <li>Devise and carry out a targeted global search strategy.</li> <li>Build global executive talent pipelines through direct sourcing.</li> <li>Drive recruitment intelligence using our internal CRM platform.</li> <li>Attract top-tier technical talent to South Korea, Singapore, India and US with tenacity and determination.</li> <li>Present an exceptional company pitch to potential candidates.</li> <li>Assess candidates for qualification match, cultural fit, and compatibility.</li> <li>Influence at the offer stage, articulating Coupang’s career vision and compensation philosophy.</li> <li>Partner with the Global Mobility Team to facilitate candidate relocation.</li> <li>Enhance the overall recruitment process and implement best practices organization-wide.</li> </ul> Qualifications: <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.</li> <li>Experience working in a tier-1 internet company or high-growth challenger brand.</li> <li>Agency experience is a plus.</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.</li> <li>Analytical thinker adept in a global, fast-paced, data-driven, and entrepreneurial culture.</li> <li>Proven sound business judgment with the ability to communicate and influence effectively, including at the executive level.</li> <li>Capability to think strategically while managing tactical execution in an agile environment.</li> </ul>
