We manage over 10 key applications and process millions of customer transactions daily. From the moment a customer opens the Coupang homepage to the completion of their order, we are responsible for every part of this journey, delivering an extraordinary shopping experience. What You Will Do   • Build and manage a global, highly efficient, and professional front-end engineering team in Taiwan. • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders and core engineers to implement key strategic projects and support business operations in Taiwan. • Define the upgrade vision for front-end engineering services, continuously plan roadmaps, and build an efficient, scalable front-end engineering organization. • Drive high-quality service architecture and solution design. • Break down complex problems into simple, clear, and actionable solutions. • Deeply troubleshoot and resolve critical system failures. • Monitor and master core metrics in the front-end product domain, continuously driving metric optimization through product innovation. • Collaborate with other Coupang technical teams to enhance service scalability and identify innovation opportunities.
